Brittany Beaulieu is a Non-Resident Fellow at The German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF). She was previously a Fellow and Program Officer at GMF's Alliance for Securing Democracy where she developed the Authoritarian Interference Tracker, the first comprehensive catalog of the Russian government's interference in transatlantic democracies from 2000 to the present. She also advised democratic members of the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee on transatlantic issues and developed legislation to assist Ukraine following the Russian government's annexation of Crimea. She is a published author on transatlantic responses to the Russian government's ongoing aggression in democracies, including bilateral and multilateral responses to this threat.
